As mentioned above AT&T has jumped into market with the launch of its first 4G handset named as Motorola Atrix 4G with the feature of Dual Core Tegra 2 chipset clocked at 1GHz per core as well as an unprecedented 1GB of RAM, powering Atrix 4G with computing power more like a laptop than a phone. That’s the reason why Motorola and AT&T are providing a laptop dock that will convert the Smartphone into an absolutely capable net book but obviously this feature is a big ticket i.e. about $499.99. Sprint – HTC EVO 4G

These handset quite matches the Atrix 4G.however it only has 512MB RAM which is lesser than Atrix’s 1GB.other features include a dual-core 1GHz Tegra 2 processor. The Bionic may cost less as compare to Atrix due to lack of docking feature as in Atrix even though this handset is Verizon’s most appealing 4G set.
