Video Yellow

What cable to use if my yellow video cable is broken?!!?

Trying to plug my xbox into my hdtv. The xbox has 2 sets of three- white red and yellow and then red green and blue. The back of the tv has red, white, red, blue, green.
In the tv manual, it says put the yellow into the green slot but the yellow isn’t working. My friend set it up working before but of course I forgot how he did it!
And yes I tried matching color of cable to color on back of tv- didnt work.

Put Red,Green and Blue in their respective places,yellow should remain UNPLUGGED ! i.e. , you should have a total of five pins plugged in the back of your TV !
2 Red, 1 Green, 1 White, 1 Blue !
Don’t plug yellow anywhere !
